SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, in line with our eco-friendly shipping policy. They are not sent tracked or signed for, but if this is an option you would like to see please let us know! As we are self-employed, we do not ship daily. We aim to dispatch your order within three working days of it being placed.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, sorry. If you change your mind or don't like the product, please gift to another pooch!
PAYMENT METHOD
At the moment we only accept payment by card and PayPal. If you are in the local area, Aylesbury, you are welcome to pay online and we can deliver but please contact us first so I can send you an invoice via PayPal minus postage.
